1. Acceptance of terms

By using the AI-MASTER mobile application or the aimaster.now website, you agree to this End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. AI diagnostics — advisory only (important)

AI-generated diagnostics are advisory only. Reported accuracy is up to 95% and the AI can be wrong. AI-MASTER's diagnostic output is a decision-support aid, not a substitute for a physical inspection. The final repair decision must always be made by a qualified mechanic. We are not liable for damages resulting from actions taken solely on the basis of an AI-generated diagnosis without independent professional verification.

3. AI tuning generations — entertainment feature (important)

Tuning generations ("AI sparks") are provided primarily to process the user's own uploaded media and are entertainment in nature. The Company is not liable for the outcome of any generation. Results may differ from what is depicted on buttons/previews and may vary between repeated runs on the same input. We do not accept quality complaints about visual tuning generations.

4. Subscriptions and payments

PRO and STO subscription tiers, and one-off credit packs, may be purchased through the mobile app stores (Apple App Store / Google Play), subject to their respective terms and payment processing.

5. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use the service to submit unlawful content, attempt to abuse or automate free-tier features (including the website's "Try the AI" widget) beyond their stated limits, or reverse-engineer the application.

7. Intellectual property

The AI-MASTER name, logo, and application content are the property of AI-MASTER. AI-generated report text and images are provided for your personal use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI-MASTER is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to reliance on AI diagnostic output (see Section 2) or dissatisfaction with tuning generation results (see Section 3).

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this EULA.

10. Changes to this agreement

We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
